ElDorito isn't a client binary per se. My understanding is it's the patch that handles all the customization of the game. For example through it, we can turn things on and off in the game, edit tags and change the way the hud and settings work.
As the developers are able to reverse engineer more of the client, I'm sure you'll see more features added to it. But it appears to be more of a plugin API at the moment.
